Any product found defective will be replaced with the same size and color at no additional charge. Artistsmarkers will pay shipping on any item found defective. Please email us for a return goods authorization number. No returns will be accepted without this number.
Returns or exchanges of non-defective products will be accepted for 30 days after the date of purchase. Please email us with your return request and original order number. You will receive a return authorization number by email. Customers are required to pay return freight charges on all returns and exchanges.
